GetBookingsDirect builds done-for-you direct booking websites for short-term rental hosts. We provide the website, booking tools and ongoing support on a simple monthly subscription. We do not take any commission on your bookings.
The free preview
We can build a free one-page website preview from a listing link you submit. This is provided with no obligation and does not create a subscription or contract.
Subscriptions and payment
We offer monthly Starter and Pro plans. There are no long-term contracts and you can cancel at any time. Billing is handled securely by our payment provider. Fees are charged in advance for the upcoming month.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, use the service lawfully, and make sure you have the rights to any content, text and photos you send us. You are responsible for how you use your website and for complying with any laws that apply to your rentals.
Direct bookings and payments
GetBookingsDirect provides the website and tools only. You are solely responsible for your own bookings, guest relationships, any payments you take through your own payment processor, and any applicable taxes or regulations. We are not a party to any booking between you and your guests and we take no commission.
Intellectual property
You keep ownership of your content, including text, images and branding. We keep ownership of our platform, software, designs and code. We grant you a licence to use the website we build for you while your subscription is active.
Cancellation and termination
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting us. We may suspend or end service if these terms are breached. Upon cancellation, your website will be taken offline at the end of the current billing period.
Disclaimer and liability
We provide the service on an “as is” basis. While we work hard to keep everything running smoothly, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the latest version on this page. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of England and Wales.
